How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We recommend placing orders a month or two in advance to ensure availability. A week's notice is required for all orders.

Do you take last minute orders?

We may, at times, be able to accommodate last minute orders. Last minute orders may incur a rush fee.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

Changes can be made up to 48 hours before an order is due. Changes made after that time may incur a change fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they are due. Cancellations made after that time may incur a cancellation fee.

How do I make a payment?

Once we receive all the necessary information for your order, we will e-mail you an invoice through which you can submit your payment. Please note, orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available within 25 miles of our location.

Delivery pricing is based on distance and the size of your order. Because larger orders may require additional spacing and handling, the delivery fee may vary depending on the items included.
